Background
Stephen Tramack is the father of the household. He has a full time job as a project manager for Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE). He grew up in Nashua, New Hampshire with two brothers and two sisters. After graduating High School he decided to go to college at Franklin Pierce University during the night while he worked a full-time job during the day. He was able to graduate in three years and then pursued his career with HP (later split into HPE and HP Inc.) At a young age, he was introduced to barbershop by his father and, though at first he didn't necessarily enjoy it, has learned to not only appreciate it but love it.
Barbershop Life
Though Steve is not in nearly as many barbershop groups as the other members of the family, he is just as involved (if not more involved) in barbershop through his arranging and his work as a coach and judge. An arrangement is a piece of music that has already been written but has been altered to fit a different style. This is most commonly seen in Jazz and A Cappella music. Steve has made a huge name for himself as one of the best music judges and a fantastic coach. He is known all around the world, as he travels to coach different quartets and choruses, and to judge barbershop contests held in various parts of the United States and Canada, as well as in Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.
